Um daginn langaði mig svo hrikalega í almennilega indverska veislu. Með naan brauðum, pappadums, mangó chutney og öllu.
Ég ákvað að prófa Korma sósuna frá Pataks og ég svo sannarlega mælt með henni. Í grunninn er hún mild og mjög bragðgóð en ef maður vill aðeins meiri hita er hægt að bæta við smá chili til dæmis.
Til þess að gera aðeins meiri stemningu finnst mér mjög gott að steikja pappadums með og það er miklu auðveldara en það gæti virst í fyrstu.
